SUMMARY:HYDRO 2026
DESCRIPTION:HYDRO 2026\, organised by Aqua~Media International\, will take place from 14–16 October 2026 at the Bologna Congress Center in Bologna\, Italy. Recognised as one of the world’s leading international hydropower conferences and exhibitions\, the event will bring together professionals from across the global hydropower\, dams\, and water resources sectors to exchange knowledge\, showcase innovation\, and discuss the future of sustainable hydropower. \n\n\n\nHeld under the theme “Adapting to Change – Embracing Opportunities”\, the conference will address the industry’s most pressing challenges and emerging opportunities. The programme will cover a wide range of topics\, including hydropower modernisation\, pumped storage\, dam safety\, digitalisation\, artificial intelligence\, predictive maintenance\, environmental sustainability\, sediment management\, and climate resilience. Technical sessions will also explore innovations in hydraulic machinery\, electrical engineering\, and small hydropower development. \n\n\n\nIn addition to the conference programme\, HYDRO 2026 will feature an international exhibition with leading manufacturers\, technology providers\, engineering companies\, and service suppliers from around the world.
