The Renewables Networking Platform is a European Platform which aims to foster, facilitate and advance the debate around renewables all over Europe – from Brussels to the Cities.
This platform connects the relevant European, national, regional and local actors to facilitate the development of sound policies which ensure that the minimum 32% renewables target for 2030 is met while monitoring best practices and obstacles in policies at national and sub-national levels. The RNP project aims at ensuring a good and coherent development of renewable energy policies all around the EU and including stakeholders from all levels, from the European, to the national, regional and local.
Several events which will gather and connect European, national and regional policy makers, members of parliament, regulators, scientific experts, industrial and civil society representatives to discuss the development of sound RES policies. In addition, this platform disseminates information on EU and national renewable energy policy and legislation and analyses barriers and bottlenecks for RES development at local and regional level.
