4th Brussels Hydropower Day 2026

September 8 All day

Registration is now open for the 4th Brussels Hydropower Day 2026, organised by ETIP HYDROPOWER. The event will take place on 8 September 2026 at the BIP Meeting Center in Brussels.

This year’s Brussels Hydropower Day will explore how digitalisation can support Europe’s energy security and improve the resilience of the energy system. Against the backdrop of a rapidly changing energy and geopolitical environment, the event will highlight the contribution of hydropower to increasing system flexibility, making better use of domestic energy resources, and mitigating the effects of energy price fluctuations.

The conference will bring together policymakers, industry experts, researchers, and representatives of civil society to discuss the intersection of technological innovation, policy development, and investment strategies. By fostering dialogue among key stakeholders, the event aims to support informed decisions that will help build a cleaner, more competitive, and more secure European energy future.

This edition is organised in partnership with the Di-Hydro, iAMP-Hydro, H-HOPE and SHERPA projects.
