INSIEME deploys a reliable and secure Common EUROPEAN Energy Data Space to foster the EUROPE’S transition to net-zero. Through 12 use-cases, INSIEME advances decarbonized and decentralized markets and systems, enabling broader access to data, the empowerment of consumers, the integration of renewables and the development of sustainable business models in energy management, mobility, and the industry. INSIEME will increase energy security and resilience, advance the use of innovative technologies, and support electrification and the development of smart energy infrastructure.

INSIEME unites 54 prominent European consortium partners who include data space operators and initiatives, EU and national sector associations, transmission and distribution system operators, hardware and IT providers, operators of local flexibility markets, energy community platforms, and energy management platforms, data infrastructures joint ventures, as well as research and academia.

Over 36 months until March 2028, EREF is leading the project’s communication and dissemination work stream, making sure INSIEME and its results are acknowledged by a wide range of stakeholders and raise awareness on the essential role the Common European Energy Data Space plays in the transition to net-zero.

INSIEME is co-funded by the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme. Stay tuned for more news on LinkedIn and www.insieme.energy.
